Minister Damon Charles Buchanan

Damon Charles Buchanan was born in Houston Texas on February 3, 1977, to Melvin and Joy Ann Buchanan.

He attended Jack Yates High School and was a member of the band, playing the trumpet, he later transferred to Madison High School where he graduated in the Class of 1996. He enjoyed Hosting  and setting up extravagant Events as he did so well for The Hilton Greenspoint for over 8 years. Last May Damon graduated from The College of Biblical Studies with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biblical Studies. Damon was a Member and associate minister at Christian Hope Baptist Church.

Damon was preceded in death by his parents, Joy Ann Fisher Buchanan (7/86), and  Melvin Buchanan (8/19). 

 He is survived by his   His Daughter, Destiny Joy Buchanan, his Siblings, Lisa Buchanan-Andres, Cedric Keith (Dinosius) Buchanan, Ronald Fisher,Erica Buchanan, Roger Todd Buchanan, and Brandon Buchanan. Nephews, Matthew Buchanan, Derion Jackson, Tony Andres II, Trevon Andres, Kaiden Bankus, and Kasen Buchanan. Nieces, Kiara Buchanan, Taeler Buchanan, and Ariel Buchanan, and extended family members and friends.
