Mr. LeRoy Jackson, Jr.

LeRoy Jackson, Jr. was born on December 8,1948 to Roy and Edith Jackson in New Orleans, LA.
He was the oldest of three children.

While attending Southern University, he was drafted into the United States Air Force and travelled the world. He served two terms in the U.S. Air Force.  After serving his country, he was hired by the U.S. Postal Service from which he retired.
 

LeRoy was preceded in death by his mother and father.  He is survived by his two daughters whom he cherished.  His eldest daughter Rineka Jackson, resides in Houston, TX.  Younger daughter, Shanda Jackson and her two beautiful daughters Zoë and Lola Fawusi reside in Houston, TX.  He is survived by his two loving sisters, Brenda Jackson and Bernadette Jackson of Missouri City, TX.  He also leaves behind his nephew Edward Stafford Jr and his lovely wife Chandra, with their beautiful daughters Charlotte and Emery, to carry on the family history.  LeRoy also leaves behind a host of cousins and friends.
 

Throughout his life LeRoy met many people and he impacted many lives in a positive manner.  When asked about LeRoy, the constant expression by all is that he was a person of high integrity who was well liked and respected by all who knew him.
