With deep love and profound sorrow, the family of Louis Walker announces his peaceful transition from this life on March 15, 2026. Born on July 19, 1988, in Torrance, California, Louis touched many lives with his warm spirit, vibrant personality, and unwavering devotion to his family.
Louis was a proud graduate of St. Louis Catholic High School, where he formed lifelong friendships and countless cherished memories. A passionate athlete and loyal sports fan, he excelled in football and basketball and was known for his enthusiastic energy and unmatched excitement whenever he supported his favorite teams.
Louis leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Ashley Walker; and his beloved children, whom he adored deeply: Brittany Broussard (Jamieun Broussard), Blake Poullard (Monifah Poullard), Amarion Etienne, and Loryn Walker. His devoted siblings also survive him: John L. Walker, Jr. (Machone Walker), Turina Walker, and Donte Walker (Amber Deville); and his cherished nephews, Xavier Walker, Ashton Dargin, Jr, and Jaxson Dargin.
He is further remembered with love by his godparents, Thelma and Floyd Caine; his motherinlaw, Mary Dargin; and his brotherinlaw, Ashton Dargin.
Louis also leaves behind a host of grandchildren, aunts, cousins, and dear friends who brought immeasurable joy to his life and who will forever treasure the light he brought to theirs.
He is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Helen Walker; his grandmother, Martha Victor; his uncles, Eugene Victor, Joseph Victor, and Leonard Victor; and his aunt, Janie Jones.
Louis will forever be remembered for his humor, loyalty, compassion, and the guidance he so freely offered. His presence brought comfort, laughter, strength, and warmth to all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will live on eternally in the hearts of those he touched.
May his soul rest in everlasting peace.
