Mrs. Deborah D. Pierott

Reflection of Life
Deborah Denise Pierott was born in Houston, Tx on October 3, 1957 to Mr. Obria Pierott and Mrs. Theoberda Mae Pierott.
Baptized at an early age, Debbie attended Christian Fellowship Baptist Church in 5th Ward, Houston, Tx, where she was raised by her parents and grandparents in a loving Christian home. Later in her journey of faith, Debbie humbly submitted under the leadership of Pastor Andrew Walter and Lady Dedria Walter as a member of God’s House of Worship and Praise. She remained anchored in the Spirit and moved boldly in her faith as a Prophetess, ordained by God.
Debbie attended schools in the Houston Independent School District, graduating from Jack Yates Sr. High School in 1976. She then went on to further her education at Houston Community College, studying nursing and completing a study of Instrumentation at Baytown Lee College.
Gifted in leadership and customer service, Debbie served at the Historic Houston Post in the early 80s. After 35 years of service, Debbie went on to retire from Onpoint/ Scope, formerly known as Solvay Polymers/ Brown and Root.
Debbie was preceded in death by her late husband Caster Whigham, her maternal grandparents; William and Loretta Simmons and step grandfather Wash Jenkins, her paternal grandparents; Johnnie M. and Daisy Pierott, her parents; Obria Pierott and Theoberda Mae Johnson, her step father Ila Johnson, her brothers; Rodney Wiltz and Kennth Pierott Sr, her aunts; Geraldine Jenkins Bowman, Johnnie Mae Pierott Kendrick, Helen Pierott Sprewell, Earline Pierott Bandy, Gladys Pierott Howard, and Rossie Mae Pierott Jackson, her uncles; Calvin Simmons Sr., William Simmons, Arnold Pierott, and Floyd Pierott, her niece, Stephanie Pierott and her great-nephew Timothy “TJ” Roberts.
   
 Left to cherish her memories is the loving father of her children Donald Mims Sr., her three children; Shaketha Whigham Flagg (Corey), Donald Mims Jr. (Felicia), Tanishia Mims Brazelton (Brandon), her ten Grandchildren; Kyaira, Corey Jr. and Caleb Flagg, Danya, Anaya, and Azariah Mims, Branasia, Brandon Jr., Breanna, and Bryce Brazelton her siblings; Jeffery Pierott (Carol), Jeryld Pierott (Doris), Todd Pierott (Sherry), Kaysangia Mullen (Cedric), and Dedria Walter (Andrew); and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
