Mrs. Hazel Rice

Hazel Lee Rice, was born on August 5, 1954, to Ethel (Dolly) Williams and Ira Plenty Williams. As the third eldest of six children, she brought joy, warmth, and an undeniable presence to those around her. 

From an early age, Hazel embraced her faith, while singing in the Youth Choir and the Rankin Choral Choir and professing her love for Christ, at The Damascus Missionary Baptist Church in the greater six ward of Houston, Texas.
