Mrs. Marjorie Bryant

Marjorie Bryant affectionally known as, "Mother" was born July 22, 1925, to John Knowles and Maddie Pittman in Sugar Land, Texas.

She was baptized at Pleasant Green Baptist Church at an early age. She later joined Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. 

"Mother" knew he God and her God knew her!

On November 18, 1944, she met and married the love of her life John Willie Bryant until his death departure. 

She departed this life to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 6, 2019. Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, siblings,  two daughters, Velma and Arline, one son, Harold and one great-granddaughter, Brittney. 

She leaves to cherish her memory: daughter, Shirley Smallwood (Norris); sons, Reginald Bryant (Phyllis) and Timothy Bryant; grandchildren, Reverend Troy Bryant (Lynne), Tammy Green (Allen), Demetria Bryant, Reginald Bryant Jr. and Troy Bryant Jr. (Selene); 12 great-grandchildren, adopted daughters, Karen, Kathy and Becky and a host of relatives and friends.
