Ms. Shabizz Rae'ion Griffin

July 30, 1997, in Corpus Christi, Texas a baby girl was born to Kimberly Hunt Turner and William Griffin. They named her Shabizz Rae'ion Griffin. At an early age while in Corpus Christi, TX she accepted Christ and attended Christian Revival Church under the leadership of Pastor Russell D. Campbell. Later, she united with Angleton Church of Christ in Angleton, TX under the leadership of Brother Algie Armstead until her passing.

Shabizz attended CalAllen High School in Corpus Christi, TX where she played basketball before moving to Brazoria County in 2012 with her family. She graduated from West Columbia High School class of 2015 in the top percent of her class. Shabizz was an employee of McDonald's and had worked at every McDonald's location in Brazoria county. Shabizz also worked at Legacy Home Healthcare in Bay City, TX where she working to become a CNA to pursue a career in the healthcare industry. Shabizz was the life of the room and loved to dance no matter where she was. She also had a gift in playing the piano and guitar.

On July 10, 2020, our heavenly Father called Shabizz home to rest. Shabizz was preceded in death by her grandmother Georgia Laverne Hunt.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Kimberly Turner (Allen Turner - S Dad), father, William Griffin (Sharay); 7 sisters: Breanna Gayle, Chelsea Gayle, Christina Hunt, Aeriona Turner, Cheterian Turner, Torneil (Rodney) Williams, Desseraye (Stace) Perry; 8 brothers: Willis Massey, Jalen Hunt, Artavious Turner, Aerious Turner, Antwan Kent, , Anthony Sanders, Saveon Griffin, Keoni Griffin; 1 uncle Daniel Hunt (Michelle); 2 Aunts, LaTashia Hunt, Sonya Hunt; 1 nephew Karcen Taylor; 2 nieces London Randon & Lael Prince and a host of cousins, aunts, great aunts and uncles, relatives and friends.
