2.) Gather the following necessary information for the arrangement process.

Occupation
Date of Birth
Social Security Number
Birthplace
Residence address
Spouse’s name (Maiden name)
Parent’s Name (Mother’s maiden name)
Highest level of education
Military Records-DD214 (if applicable)
Insurance Policy (if applicable)
Cemetery Property (if applicable)

3.)Choose either traditional burial, direct cremation, cremation with a service, or out-of-state shipping.

4.)Schedule your appointment to discuss and finalize arrangements.
